Program Steps:

1.    Program announcement on EBI’s Facebook and LinkedIn pages.

2.    Online registration and online payment available for 7 days.

3.    Program access granted for 30 days after registration and payment.

4.    Certificate of completion awarded to participants who successfully finish the program

5.    For fourth-year students and fresh graduates: After course completion, eligible candidates (minimum cumulative grade “Good”) can upload their CVs and graduation certificates to their profile to be automatically uploaded on the Banks’ HR Platform for potential job opportunities.

Program Objectives: 

·      Bridge the gap between academic learning and real job market requirements.

·      Build strong technical and business skills to prepare for real-world opportunities.

·      Develop a confident, self-aware personality with strong communication skills.

·      Strengthen essential skills to grow, stand out, and advance in a successful career.

Program Duration: Around 22 hours of content, with one month available to complete all modules at a flexible pace.
